BASICS TWO

So moving right along I guess the path to heath and wellness is:
1.fuel for the body or nutrition.
2. exercise the old addage use it or lose it.
3 The last basic is the body itself.

All of these basic parts to health and wellness have to operate together to get the result that I think all of us want. I will go into these in follow post see you then
